It was a long but inspiring endeavour: our participation in the Sharjah International Book Fair 2009. Showcasing our facsimile edition of the Atlas Blaeu - Van der Hem to a huge number of visitors that passed by over a period of 10 days. We shared our booth with our sister company Antiquariaat Forum so overall we presented a very exclusive selection of high quality facsimile works as well as authentic rare books which did not go unnoticed: a report on Sharjah television and 3 articles in 3 Emirates wide newspapers: Emirates Today (Emirates Alyoum), Gulf News and Emirates Business 24/7.

Snouk´s Bilder Aus Mekka, a portfolio containing the first know pictures of the holy city and showing Muslims during the Hadj, the pilgrimage every Muslim is supposed to undertake once in his or her lifetime. An extremely rare book.
Al in all we had a very successful fair en laid down the ground work for our next exhibition in the Emirates, the Abu Dhabi Book Fair 2010!
